Alan is a 30 year veteran of commercial real estate in investment sales, financial operations, leasing and development. A licensed real estate salesperson in California, he has also held an Arizona Real Estate Broker license since 1996. He is the Southern California representative for the Argus Self Storage Sales Network. Educated at the University of Southern California and California State University, Long Beach, Alan began his real estate career as Controller at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, California, a 3.5M square foot super regional mall, including office and medical office buildings.
He has served on the California State University Headquarters Commission and the Long Beach Affordable Housing Development Commission in addition to working with national and regional commercial real estate firms, investment/development groups in California and Arizona, including NAI, Lowe Development, and Excel Realty Trust.
Alan obtained his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2008 and has served on the local CCIM board of directors as well as chapter president.
