Anne Parsons is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years of managing all phases of the real estate process from; underwriting acquisitions, traversing capital markets, structuring and implanting asset management plans to create value and improve operations and positioning assets for disposition. Throughout her career, she has worked exclusively in the Office and Industrial vertical as either a principle/agent or buyer/seller so she understands the dynamic needs from all parties. In real estate investment Anne has assisted corporate users to better understand the best utilization and cost of capital in their real estate assets through the purchase, sale, or lease restructuring of their operations. In connection with this process, she has been able to assist investors with understanding the value of these long term investments. Anne was responsible for asset and property management on investment portfolios in Atlanta GA, Washington DC, and Philadelphia, PA. Anne has closed and financed numerous investment transactions on office and industrial properties including stabilized properties, historic buildings, land development, and value add properties. With her background in Asset and Property Management, her clients are able to take advantage of her expertise in finding solutions and creating value. Anne is a supporter of Women for Women International, Breast Cancer Awareness, and a member of CREW-Philadelphia. She has worked with non-profits as an advocate for the homeless and has conducted workshops supporting home ownership for low income people.
