I like to say I was weaned on real estate; my father and grandfather were owners of the largest independent real estate company in North Orange County, California for 46 years. Discussions regarding client loyalty, customer service, and fiduciary responsibility were our regular dinner table conversations, and I was raised to always work towards exceeding people’s expectations. Discovering a passion for food and wine at a relatively young age, I moved away from the family business and to the Napa Valley where I spent the next ten years working in wine sales and marketing. I met and fell in love with my future wife, Yvette, while we were working together for a winery in Yountville, California. Upon the birth of our son, Robert, we relocated to Oregon, where I came full circle by becoming a licensed real estate broker. I am also a certified Earth Advantage broker, specializing in the buying, selling, and marketing of green homes, with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (A.D.U.) Specialist designation. Continuing a tradition of excellence and guided by my core principles of honesty, integrity, and hard work, I pledge to continually go above and beyond to insure my client’s satisfaction. I know the process of buying or selling a house can be an intimidating and at times daunting task, but I am committed to listening to your needs and making the process as streamlined and stress free as possible. I currently live in McMinnville with my wife, Yvette, our son, Robert, and our dog and cat, Meranda and Prince. My passions include spending time outdoors with family, cooking, reading, film, travel, and overly complex board games. I am locally involved as a member of the McMinnville Downtown Association, the Yamhill County Association of Realtors®, the Memorial Elementary PTA, and the Young Professionals of Yamhill County as well as being a member of the National Eagle Scout Association. I recently served on the McMinnville School District Boundary Committee and am serving on the McMinnville School District Budget Committee for the upcoming term. ??I look forward to working with you! -Bob
