He has experience with landlord and tenant representation In addition to his work in the general office sector, Brad has also been responsible for extensive site searches for corporate retail and multi-family developers across South Carolina and North Carolina. PROFESSIONAL CAREER Brad has been involved in commercial real estate since 2007. Prior to obtaining a real estate license, Brad has worked with a number of small businesses in business development, sales, and marketing. His professional experience includes wealth development and housing advisory services to low and middle income families. Most recently he had an integral role in the growth of a bottled spring water company, serving as the Director of Business Development. EDUCATION Brad has a BS in Sociology from The University of Tennessee Chattanooga. He regularly attends professional development education and is pursuing the CCIM designation. PERSONAL Brad is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee where he was heavily involved in the community. He has been involved in numerous Habitat for Humanity projects. He is heavily involved in fundraising and mentoring of volunteer leaders in Greenville's area chapter of Young Life. Brad is married and has one son. His personal interests include tennis, reading, and various home improvement projects.
