My Pitch

Brian Tranetzki has over a decade’s worth of experience in finance and commercial real estate investments with an emphasis on multifamily. Starting his career in investment banking Brian has worked extensively with public and private national real estate investment trusts, private equity groups, public equity funds, and national syndicators. While in investment banking, Brian participated in the first Arizona public offering of corporate notes for the purpose of the acquisition of state land for development purposes. Brian’s dedication to his field, professionalism, and constant learning in a rapid changing market place enables him to bring incredible value to serve his client’s investment real estate needs. Brian joined Marcus & Millichap in 2010 knowing that the firm provides one of the most prolific national platforms within the industry regarding multifamily investment sales enabling him to provide top of the market execution for his clients. Brian holds an Arizona real estate license along with a Series 7, 63 and 65 securities license. Brian is committed to continually honing his skills having completed three of the four prerequisites for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is currently a designee candidate.
