Bruce Preble, who specializes in commercial investment properties (real estate and businesses), has been involved in real estate investment and development for more than thirty years and owns retail operations in Florida. He is currently engaged in acquisition and sale of short-sale, auction, and REO properties and the conduct of BPOs as well as land acquisition; project development; tenant representation; and retail, industrial and professional office leasing and sales, and the purchase and sale of business enterprises. Before forming Commercial Realty Specialists, Bruce was a Broker/Owner of Creighton Realty , a Vice President at Welsh Companies Florida, both commercial real estate brokerages, the Managing Partner of TMA International, a Washington DC-based business strategic planning consulting firm, and an Associate at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. During the S&L failures of late 1980s, Bruce was involved in the recapitalization of the FSLIC and in the development of the “Southwest Plan,” which consolidated and liquidated the insolvent Texas S&Ls that made up 50% of the S&L losses in the country. Bruce, uses his expertise to assess opportunities for investors and to aggressively market properties, helping to maximize the benefits to our clients from the sale or lease of their property. His market analysis often aids prospective purchasers or tenants in site selection and project development decisions. In addition to his extensive commercial real estate experience, Bruce has an MBA, an MS Engineering, and an Appraisal Studies Certification which provide skills that he uses to aid potential buyers in determining how to maximize the benefits of an existing facility and assess the value of potential acquisitions and divestitures. Bruce is licensed in the State of Florida as a Real Estate Broker, recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of NAR (National Association of Realtors) and also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) candidate. In addition, Bruce has represented Creighton in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Economic Development Council of Collier County, and the Real Estate Investment Society (Lee County FL).
