Since 1902, the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago) has represented the interests of one of Chicago’s greatest assets – its vibrant and dynamic office buildings. We are the premier trade association serving this increasingly important part of Chicago’s economy and culture. Our membership includes more than 260 commercial office, institutional and public buildings. That’s more than 80% of all commercial square footage in downtown Chicago, including nearly 100% of Class A buildings and 85% of Class B buildings. Members also include 170 allied suppliers and professionals that provide goods and services to those buildings. Our mission: Promote the welfare and advance the interests of the office building industry in Chicago through leadership, advocacy, education, research, information and professional development.
