DN Commercial offers customized professional services tailored to each property; there is no “standard” package of services. We manage both commercial and residential properties. We analyze existing leases, develop a detailed rent roll, and make certain the figures are consistent with other existing reports. Records are accurately maintained and leases are enforced. We minimize expenses and effectively collect rental payments. Financial reports are sent to the landlord monthly. We also conduct routine on site visits to the properties and make any necessary improvements. Our visits allow us to personally meet with each tenant and understand their current situations. Open communication between the tenants and DN Commercial enables us to maintain the highest levels in tenant satisfaction for our clients. We try to exceed our clients’ expectations.
