Since our founding in 1946, Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett has spear-headed many of the region's largest developments and construction management projects. Among them is the joint venture of development of a 1.2 million square foot regional mall (University Park Mall, a Simon Property) that spurred rapid development of the University Park Trade Area in northeastern Saint Joseph County. Grubb & Ellis | Cressy & Everett also created and executed the master plan for the 700-acre mixed-useEdison Lakes Corporate Park which encompasses office, commercial, medical, retail, hotel, restaurant, residential and multi-family components. Today the park contains close to 1 million square feet of Class “A” office space, approximately 3 million square feet of retail and restaurant space, numerous limited-service hotels and inns, Windsor Park Conference Center and residential developments. Recently Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center completed construction on its new $355-million, 633,000-square-foot hospital in the park. Adding the hospital’s development, the park is now home to well over 1 million square feet of medical space.
