About NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co

NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. is a full service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, a South Florida tradition for nearly 50 years. Locally, the firm is a member of NAIOP, and the Building Owners Management Association. In addition, the firm has individual members in the elite Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and a significant number of agents whom have earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Only individuals who have demonstrated their integrity, expertise and experience in commercial, industrial, and investment real estate brokerage qualify to belong to these organizations. The firm was originally created in 1967 by partnership of Wayne Rauch, George Weaver, and Joseph Millsaps. In 1999, the company changed its name from Rauch, Weaver, Millsaps & Co. to NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. The name change reflects the names of Lloyd Norfleet and Kenneth L. Kurtz, who have been stockholders and active brokers of the company for many years, and the desire of Wayne Rauch and Joseph Millsaps taking lesser roles in the company operations and being elected as Directors Emeritus.

In addition to the three stockholders, George Weaver, Lloyd Norfleet and Kenneth Kurtz, the firm is comprised of over twenty five sales associates specializing in different facets of commercial / industrial real estate. The stockholders and associates work together to provide an incomparable professional team committed to the commercial / industrial needs of the growing, dynamic state of Florida and the international marketplace.
