About Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Connecticut / Westchester
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Connecticut office was opened in 1993 by Managing Principals John Goodkind and Stephen Banker to tap into the lower Fairfield commercial real estate market. Since then, the operation has expanded to cover the entire Westchester and Fairfield markets as well as reaching into nearby Rockland, Hartford and New Haven Counties.
The office has grown from the original founding principals to a team of brokers that specialize in tenant representation, owner representation, investment advisory services, due diligence and retail leasing and sales. The Connecticut office oversees the management and leasing for 4.8 million square feet of prime commercial real estate in Fairfield and Westchester Counties, and specializes in representing the hedge fund and financial services industries.
