TRANSWESTERN ROLE Chace Pickett is an Analyst within the Transwestern Retail Services Group. The group specializes in the stabilization of distressed and REO assets and has collectively leased, managed and sold over 500,000 square feet of retail throughout Houston and the Rio Grande Valley over the past three years. The group currently leases and manages around 400,000 square feet of retail for CW Capital Asset Management and LNR Partners, the nation's largest and most prominent special servicers. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Chace is responsible for the development and production of market research, financial modeling, marketing collateral and coordination of transactional activities during the asset stabilization process. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION Chace received her BBA in finance with a concentration in real estate from the Red McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career in commercial real estate at Page Partners as a research analyst in the investment sales division. She also interned with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and HTH Capital in Austin, Texas.
