My PitchA 4th generation native of the Rogue Valley, I have been blessed to have the opportunity to work and live in such a wonderful community. I currently live in Eagle Point with my wife and two young sons. I feel privileged to play a small but important role in the economic and demographic growth of our community. I hold a bachelor degree in Business Management and Marketing from Northwest Christian College, as well as, a CCIM designation. After college, I went to work as a project coordinator for an industrial and commercial developer, where I became proficient in AutoCAD basics, design, project planning, and project funding. After 3.5 years of working for the development company, I obtained my Oregon brokers license and went to work with Coldwell Banker Commercial, where I have had the privilege of working with Tom Fisher, and the rest of his team. In 2010, I was ranked as Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Number One Producer in the State of Oregon and received the prestigious Bronze Circle of Distinction Award. I specialize in the marketing and development of Industrial, Retail, and Office projects, and currently represent and consult some of our area’s leading developers, lenders, and investors.
