I lead our office efforts in land brokerage within the Treasure Coast region. I have a unique understanding of large scale and localized dynamics that will influence land uses and values in the coming decades. High quality land should have a prioritized place in portfolios of various risk levels. Saint Lucie County in particular holds land supply blending many desirable investment characteristics that are hard to find in abundance elsewhere. The area has low a build-out level vs. neighboring counties to the south along the southeastern seaboard - this brings the unique opportunity to buy land at relatively low prices, employ a productive interim use, and await growth. I work closely with one of the area's leading land planning firms so client's may position themselves to preserve value and compete with other low yield investments while retaining significant appreciation potential.
