I’ve been involved with were in the Dallas Ft. Worth Metro-plex, however I have completed numerous assignments in secondary and tertiary markets. As part of my roll on the Institutional Office Investment properties group I was in charge of the Teams underwriting and financial analysis of all of the team's projects. In January of 2006, I was named #1 in brokerage in Blacks Guide “The top 35 under 35” and was asked to head up the Private Client Group for office Investment sales for the Dallas office. In this role I was responsible for handling all sales in the $250K - $15 million dollar range. Team transactions totalled more than $1.7 billion (4/2005-12/13).
