Dee has called St. Petersburg home for more than a quarter century and 15 of those years have been in commercial real estate. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) pin in 2011, a highly coveted designation attained by only six percent of all commercial practitioners. He was the president for CCIM’s 225-member Florida West Coast district in 2018 and also a state board member. From 2013-2018, he held several senior leadership positions with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, including ultimately serving as National Co-director for the company where he guided 700 affiliated agents through hundreds of transactions. He joined Bridgewater Commercial as a broker associate in 2018, specializing in investment sales and leasing. He is a second-generation broker and graduated from Georgia Southern.
