L&L Enterprises was originally formed in Monmouth County, New Jersey in April 1991. This is also the state of incorporation. Originally formed as a residential and commercial flooring company, we later evolved into a commercial Janitorial cleaning service. In 2005 we revamped the company adding a residential renovation division, focusing on the rehabbing of single family homes. L&L Enterprises Inc. relocated to Silver Spring Maryland making this the new home-base, expanding to include investing in and operating hotels worldwide.
