Amenities include 16,000 square feet of office / retail space, ship’s store, fuel dock, 2 restaurants, a full service 8,000 square foot banquet facility, pool & spa, floating bathhouse, gated piers, security, full-hook-up slips, and full live-aboard boater facilities including laundry room, customer media room, and health-club quality exercise facility. This marina is one of the few marina facilities licensed in the State of Florida for live-aboard boaters.
