I have leased/sold multi-tenant shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses. I have sold land for industrial development and multi-family development. I have worked with developers and cities in order to get utilities available to MF sites. I have worked on behalf of buyers/sellers in due diligence of acquiring multi-tenant properties - reviewing leases/escrows/deposits/NNN expenses, etc... I maintain my Texas Broker's License in addition to my Arkansas Broker's License. I worked 20 years in the D/FW Area and since 2003 in Northwest Arkansas.
