I am a graduate of NC State University. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management (Finance Concentration), a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences and a Minor in Spanish. I speak Spanish fluently as I have lived abroad in Spain and Peru. I have been a real estate broker for just over 5 years now. Throughout my first four years, I primarily handled Landlord and Tenant rep assignments, however, I am changing my focus to investment real estate. I have closed several investment real estate transactions, which include several retail strip centers, along with a single tenant NNN building. To further compliment my finance background, I recently obtained my CCIM Designation. I demonstrated through my hard work that I am a qualified investment broker. I am actively working with several regional investors that are seeking new opportunities and am currently assisting several clients with the disposition of their retail investment property.
