Mr. Danovic specializes in the leasing of retail shopping centers in metropolitan Phoenix. Before joining COR he was a Senior Associate with Grubb & Ellis Co. where he successfully developed a niche in the Northwest valley commercial real estate market, building a successful client list and leading to closed lease transactions ranging in size from 900 – 22,000 square feet. While still a student at Arizona State University Mr. Danovic worked for Sandor Development Company, a nationally recognized shopping center developer, and for Grayhawk Development, a developer of luxury residential sub divisions in Arizona and Utah. Mr. Danovic credits these early work experiences with providing him the unique ability to look at deals from the owner’s perspective, and his clients become the ultimate beneficiary of this unique combination of experiences. Mr. Danovic grew up in the Midwest, graduated from Arizona State University, the Arizona School of Real Estate and business and is working toward his CCIM designation.
