Since joining DAUM Commercial Real Estate in 2007, Jay has developed a large cliental that can be contributed to his high motivation and work ethic. His specialties consist of market analysis, cold calling, lease/sales negotiations and identifying new businesses. Jay’s attention to detail and customer service bring an astounding value to his client relationships. Prior to joining DAUM Commercial Real Estate, Jay owned a successful commercial equipment distributorship located within an industrial park in the valley. Through this experience he developed excellent knowledge of the industrial market and industry requirements. He has dealt hands-on with business owners to understand their leasing and purchasing needs for current and new business locations.
