Mr. Berg is an accomplished real estate professional with over 14 years of experience in the Las Vegas and San Francisco markets. Mr. Berg began his commercial real estate career with Lee & Associates, where he was involved in many different facets of commercial real estate, specifically in sales and leasing transactions. Two years later Mr. Berg joined Sperry Van Ness/TREC Investments to focus on investment sales. During its tenure, Sperry Van Ness/TREC brokered/purchased over $450 Million dollars in commercial real estate assets. In 2010, Mr. Berg and his team joined the Colliers International Las Vegas office to lead the investment sales division. At Colliers International, Mr. Berg brokered the largest single tenant transactions in 2010 and 2011. Mr. Berg joined Sun Commercial Real Estate in 2012 and in his first calendar year, he brokered 23 transactions, making The Berg Team one of the most active commercial real estate teams in the Las Vegas MSA.
