Jeff is a 10 year veteran of commercial real estate in investment sales, property management, leasing and development. A licensed real estate professional, he has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2003, in Arizona since 2004 and as a Broker since 2008. He is the Arizona representative for the Argus Self Storage Sales Network.
Jeff has over a decade of income property experience and has developed a proven step by step system to help both buyers and sellers of self storage facilities maximize their investment value. He is the Argus Broker Affiliate for Arizona. Argus Brokers are self-storage specialists and are available to assist buyers, sellers or anyone with questions on the self storage investment market.
Educated at the University of South Florida and Temple University, Jeff began his real estate career as an Income Property Specialist in Southwest Florida before relocating his family to Chandler, Arizona.
Since that time he has leased and sold shopping centers, office buildings, and raw land in addition to a number of self storage properties.
He is an active community member as the 2010 Chairman of the Chandler Leadership Institute Steering Committee and current member (past Chairman) of the Chandler Board of Adjustment. Professionally, he is a member of the Arizona Self Storage Association, National Association of Realtors, and CCIM Institute. Jeff obtained his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2007 and has served on the local CCIM board of directors.
