Mr. Tipton Graduated from Arizona State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics. In 2003 Jim worked at Pierce Eislen, Inc. providing market research services to the commercial apartment industry. After completing school, Mr. Tipton moved to London for an internship in sales, marketing, and market research with Mintel International who is renowned for their market intelligence reports. Upon returning to the States in 2004, Jim began his work in commercial real estate at Hogan & Associates, Inc. where he focused on land brokerage to homebuilders, lot developers, and land speculators throughout the West Valley. Jim also worked as the land acquisitions manager for a small homebuilding company, Cambria Homes, where he focused on development opportunities in central and south Phoenix. Through the Phoenix real estate downturn Jim acquired his Texas Real Estate License and assisted in the acquisition of thousands of acres in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market including residential, commercial, and mixed use sites. Jim has been with The Hogan Group since its formulation in 2009 and primarily focuses on land brokerage within Maricopa & Pinal Counties.
