Army Veteran, and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. After serving as a tank officer, I moved to Austin. In Commercial Real Estate, (CRE) I have focused on acquisition or sale of Assets such as retail strip centers, land and Multifamily (apartments) for International and Domestic Investors. Primary areas of expertise include: Multi-Family (apartment) acquisition & disposition; and land for multifamily development or retail. Proficient in commercial leasing for both landlords and tenants in office and retail situations. Since 2010, provided representation on over $192M of CRE transactions. Includes: representing high net-worth individuals, Seller's Agent of retail REO properties for Frost Bank, BBVA-Compass and financial institutions. National credit tenant experience with: Starbucks, Einstein's Bagel, Verizon, AT&T Wireless, and more. Prior to commercial brokerage, I was Founding Partner in real estate development company voted in the Top25 of Austin Business' Journal from 2004-2007. My career has spanned the last 19 years operating companies & partnerships focused on real estate & finance. These include downtown Austin condos such as: Sabine on 5th, Brazos Lofts, Avenue Lofts, Bridges on the Park, as well as a $700M+ portfolio of apartments in Dallas/Austin/San Antonio.
