Business Philosophy John LeTourneau has been a full-time real estate professional since 2006. During his career has serviced a wide range of residential and commercial clients. John LeTourneau focuses his practice in Du Page County, and specifically Darien, Willowbrook, Downers Grove, Burr Ridge, Westmont, and Hinsdale. He also has extensive experience in analyzing and marketing suburban commercial investment and end-user real estate including multi-family, office, industrial, and retail. Education and Training John graduated from St. Louis University in 1994 with a degree in History and a minor in Philosophy. After 12 years in professional sales, John made the decision to focus on his true calling, real estate. Having a family background in residential and commercial construction, John gained a great deal of "real world" training that he carries with him to this day. Additionally, John is a Certified Negotiation Consultant, which gives his client's an edge in their business dealings. To keep pace with the ever growing technology landscape, John is also an e-PRO, which is only bestowed on those Realtors who demonstrate a mastery of the electronic real estate marketplace. Earning his Graduate Realtor Institute Designation in 2013 shows John's continuing commitment to education. The GRI coursework covers several years of work on a variety of subjects and is among the most challenging designations to earn. John has also completed extensive coursework in real estate investment with the prestigious CCIM Institute; the gold standard of real estate investing. His areas of study included: end user financial analysis, investment analysis, demographic analysis, sale/leaseback structures, tenant-in common investments, and advanced negotiation training. This broad based exposure helps John deliver more thorough, accurate information to his clients and keep them on the cutting edge of the real estate market.
