John P. Miller is a native of Central Kentucky and has been a resident of Lexington since 1988. Miller’s educational background includes Transylvania University and the University of Kentucky where he majored in Business Administration and Real Estate.
Miller has been an associate with NAI Isaac since 1995 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. He has assisted numerous tenants, including regional and national companies with site selection, evaluation and lease negotiation. Miller has also been involved in the leasing and management of several transitional properties leading to their stabilization within the market. Miller consults with property owners on zoning regulations and assists with zoning hearings, market and governmental research and site evaluation.
Miller has represented several national companies including the U.S. Postal Service, Rite Aid, K-Mart, Kroger and Earl Scheib with sale or sublease dispositions of excess facilities. Miller has also assisted several national and international companies with selection of new sites including Bank One, Powertel, Harbor Freight Tools, The UPS Store, Quizno’s, Allstate, Associates Corp., Gateway Computers, Emery, Brinks and Haix Shoes.
Miller is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is actively involved in Commercial Property Association of Lexington, NAI’s Investment Council and other commercial real estate associations and organizations.
