John Rutherford is a commercial real estate entrepreneur actively working in the commercial real estate sector for the better part of a decade. John joined the Prime Team in 2014 to help lead efforts in the Multi-Family and Student Housing division. Over the last 10 years, John has worked in varying roles from co-leading a property management investment firm, to an operations and financial analyst, to a regional sales and marketing specialist for industry-leading, national property management companies. This wide ranging experience has afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with some top industry minds to further push innovation in the commercial real estate market. John's focus is on building relationships and delivering on each of the company's core values every day with the desire to promote new investment opportunities for his clients. John is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Associate in the state of Florida with a focus towards multi-family and student housing investment, and an active participant in North Florida philanthropic missions.
