Growing up working the land as a dairy farmer gave me the love and understanding of land. I have been in the land business for over 20 years, working as a consultant, developer and broker on many residential and commercial subdivisions, as well as a site locator for companies. My first large commercial project came in 1995 when I listed and sold a large complex consisting of 5 buildings outside of the City of Middletown. This is where my passion in commercial real estate started, and after 20 years, I continue to experience that passion day after day, and deal after deal.
