Kathleen Morgan is an experienced commercial real estate broker who specializes in medical sales and leasing. Her knowledge of the Valley’s doctors and their practices, coupled with her knowledge of the Valley’s office buildings, ensures, for the landlord and tenant, buyer and seller, a successful and mutually beneficial transaction. Kathleen obtained her real estate license in 1995. She then earned her designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2000 from the prestigious Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Shortly after that, Kathleen joined GPE in 2001, where she was appointed Associate Broker and Executive Vice President. Along with Kathleen’s thorough knowledge of the medical real estate market in the Valley,Kathleen’s other specialty is her honest, forthright and honorable way of conducting herself day in and day out, leading to long lasting relationships, both with landlords and tenants as well as buyers and sellers. These long standing relationships are a testament to her success and speak to her client’s belief of Kathleen’s value. Kathleen graduated from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a dual degree in Communications and Spanish. She then went on and earned her Master’s of Arts from LaSalle in Bilingual/Bicultural Studies. She is happily married and the mother of four wonderful children.
