The Dallas Fort Worth office commercial real estate market is in high demand in 2015. There are many changes that are taking place that are shocking many tenants. The number one change is the way rental rates are increasing at a dramatic pace. Many firms are not prepared for these increases and the sticker shock is difficult to overcome.
