Colorado commercial real estate broker working in CO and across state lines. With a professional journey spanning over 22 years, I started my real estate career on the residential front before carving a niche in the commercial sector, an evolution rooted in my experience with real estate franchising. As a Colorado native, my licensed real estate endeavors took off in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I eventually returned to Colorado, seizing an opportunity at RE/MAX World Headquarters as a Senior Business Development and Franchise Sales Consultant. For nearly 7 years I specialized in brokering franchised commercial and residential real estate offices across the Western half of the United States. Since 2013, I've been local to Colorado again, advising clients in areas such as Commercial Investments and Owner User Sales, Commercial Property Leasing, Vacant Commercial Land Requirements, and Investor Liaison Services for both Accredited & Non-Accredited Investors. My diverse background in the local real estate community equips me with experience in Sales & Leasing. I've served a spectrum of clients, from national entities like Mears Group Inc., 1Solar, Kindred Health Care, Genesis Health Care to small Colorado businesses like Brick Imaging, The Gunnison Bank and Trust Company, Rental Equipment Center and more. Balancing my professional life, I cherish time with my wife and daughters, prioritizing family above all. We enjoy spending time together and giving back to our community. Passionate about delivering a service marked by integrity and follow-through, I view myself as an eternal student of the industry, constantly learning and adapting. My approach to business centers around "identifying and meeting customer needs while creating value in every transaction.” On the academic and professional front, I am an alumnus of Colorado State University and I hold designations such as Commercial Real Estate Expert (CREE) and RCS-D.
