First entered the RE Industry in 1973, out in 1980, back in March 1990 to present. Have done about everything in the industry except Prop Mgmt, and am a "Commercial Generalist". Due to my multi-licensed background, I have unique skills that overlap. As an example, I'm also a Cert Appraiser and do BOV's for fees, and are accepted by hard money lenders for mortgage loans. I also do Consulting for Market Analysis, and other financial and investment analysis, and even have a s/w module I use called Hold vs Sell Analysis. I am a Member, CCIM Institute, and have completed all 4 Core Courses toward Designation. Also have completed 2 of the 4 Core Courses with Realtors Land Institute. Also due to my Banking Mgmt experience prior to my RE licening, and as a former Mortgage Broker for 4 yrs, I am very well versed at assisting Banks and Lenders with REO's, and other areas of concern.
