My Pitch

Lizby M. Eustis, CCIM, Director of Membership Originally licensed in 1994, Lizby achieved her Broker License in 1998. After spending over 12 years in the Residential Real Estate Business and operating a thriving franchise, Lizby made the decision to venture into Commercial Real Estate in December of 2005. She spent her first year in Commercial Real Estate educating herself by attending and completing CCIM 101 Financial Investment Analysis, CCIM 102 Market Analysis, CCIM 103 User Decision Analysis and CCIM 104 Investment Analysis. Lizby completed her portfolio for her CCIM designation in 2008 and completed her final in August 2009. She has also completed the Sales and Lease Training Class with Stirling Properties. In 2007 she achieved a "GOLD AWARD" in Commercial Real Estate Sales from the Northshore Area Board of Realtors. She was named the "2007 Realtor of the Year by the Northshore Area Board of Realtors". In 2008, she received a prestigious award from the NABOR Board, "B.F. Breeding Award". This award is based upon a point system of attendance of local, state and national real estate meetings and functions. Lizby is a lifelong resident of Covington and is actively involved in many organizations. She attended St. Scholastica Academy and Louisiana State University. Lizby has served on the SSA Alumnae Board. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and serves on several area Board of Directors of non-profit and profit companies. She is a 2007 graduate of the West St. Tammany Leadership Program. She served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Covington Housing Authority from 2005-2009. She also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Heritage Bank of St Tammany since 2007. She is also a member of RPWST (Republican Professional Women of West St. Tammany). Lizby served on the Board of Directors for the Northshore Area Board of Realtors 2002-2003 and was re-elected to serve another 3 year term on that board 2008-2010. She has participated on the Education Committee, Awards Committee, Chili Challenge Fundraiser Committee and Professional Standards Committee at NABOR. Lizby was a State Director for Louisiana Realtors Organization for 2009-2010. In 2014 & 2015 Lizby has been asked to be a co-chair for W.A.T.C.H. (Women Accepting the Challenge of Housing) Group that is a division of Habitat of St. Tammany West.
