My Pitch

I help people communicate and problem solve when buying and selling commercial real estate. Listening and anticipating needs are key as well as creative solution finding. A lot of people can look up data and figure numbers. Providing individual attention to people and their business challenges, seeing not only outside the box, but also that no one need to be stuck in one in the first place, seeing the big picture so that the details become sensible, and communicating all of this to all the players in ways that honor the client, are other skills. To do a really great job we need all of it. It’s a knowledge based diagnostic/prescriptive approach. That’s where I come in. I start with listening to clients’ needs. Then I work with them to formulate a plan. Everyone is kept informed of how things are progressing. When the challenges come along I use the best of psychology, creative problem solving, and evidence, to work through those challenges. It’s about moving everyone forward to a positive resolution. Of course the knowledge and the numbers are the foundation. In order to get it all done well I have a lot of support. Through my company, their people, and technology, I have global strength, management support, administrative support, excellent technological systems, and constant up to date continuing education at my finger tips. Over time, I’ve created systems out of systems to maintain timelines, contacts, tasks, regional and property specific numbers, demographics, etc. With this client focused and powerfully supported combination I’m blazing a trail for my clients and Coldwell Banker Commercial in Western, MA.
