In his first 4 years as an advisor with Sperry Van Ness, Matt has already brokered gross sales and leasing exceeding 15 million dollars. Matt works closely with a team of seasoned brokers on most transactions including: Steve Pulliam, CCIM; John Bronaugh, CCIM, MBA; Todd Clark, CCIM; and Steve Hupman, CPM,MBA. Stone earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from the University of Kentucky. Matt is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Property Association of Lexington (CPAL), Lexington Young Professionals Association (LYPA), and the Kentucky CCIM Chapter (Board Member). Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Matt served in the direct ministry for Young Life, where he gained experience working directly with donors and volunteers. He is currently involved at Southland Christian Church, and other non-profit ministries and organizations in Lexington.
