Michael Gray Company, Inc (MGC, Inc.) started in 1997 providing consulting services to Non-Profit Housing Agencies in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. These services rang from developing Tax Credit Applications for development of senior housing (38 unit’s development) in south Dallas County to providing consulting services for the rehabilitation of several multifamily developments ranging from 20 units to over 300 units. In addition, MGC, Inc. was responsible for assisting non-profit housing agencies in acquisitions of multifamily developments. Michael Gray Company, Inc (MGC, Inc) provided appraisal services through Wimbish Appraisal Services for banks, individual investors, and churches, City of Fort Worth, City of Arlington and City of Dallas, TX. These assignments range from limited to complete appraisal assignments. While at Wells Asset Management, Inc. Michael was responsible for the management of over 600 units in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Also, Michael sold over 100 apartment buildings from 10 units to 200 units and retail centers. From this background, Michael Gray Company, Inc. (MGC, Inc.) started advising investment investors on acquisition and sale of multifamily properties. The company’s goal is to provide the highest level of real estate services to enhance the profitability and the value of the clients’ investment portfolios.
