I have been active in Commercial Real Estate in the Hampton Roads, Richmond, & Charlottesville area for over 23 years. His vast experience enables him to provide a wide range of Real Estate Services from start of a project (Land Acquisition) to development, sales, leasing, and property management. Mike offers a full scope of Commercial Real Estate Services including office, industrial/warehouse, retail, sales and leasing. Mike started his Real Estate career with another major Real Estate company and eventually opened his own Real Estate Company as a Broker/Owner for 8 years until he merged with Coldwell Banker Commercial/Brooks Real Estate. Over the years Mike has served in the Williamsburg Community from a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader, Youth Baseball and Basketball Coach, Williamsburg Jaycees, Charter Member for Providence Forge Rotary Club to serving on HOA, POA and Architectural Boards. Boards served: Chisel Run, Peppertree Condos, Jamestown 1607, Busch Corporate Center, Midlands Townhomes,McLaws Center Association and Patriot Park. Mike managed his own Commercial and Personal Investments for over 30 years, Familiar with buying and selling, 1031 Exchanges, Landlord, and tenant issues. Mike's portfolio includes: Commercial clients such as: Walmart, CDA Area Wide Protection, Leebcor Properties, Coastal Network, and John Yancey Companies. No matter how small or large the project, Mike gives his full attention to you the client to close the deal.
