Our experience includes representing clients with all types of land brokerage for development. Also we are involved with apartments, office, industrial warehouse, NASCAR shops, 1031 exchanges and investment sales. Cole Commercial represents sellers and buyers with land for commercial and residential development. Cole CRE works with companies and owner selling, buying and leasing industrial warehouses, offices and investment real estate. Many clients choose to use the IRS 1031 tax rule and exchange their property for a new investment property without paying capital gains taxes. An additional service includes finding off-market properties for buyers that fit a specific development need.
