Nancy Surak is an award winning Commercial Real Estate Broker in Florida who specializes in providing advisory and brokerage services for clients who buy and sell land. As Senior Land Advisor and Managing Broker of Land Advisors Organization’s Tampa Bay office, Nancy provides clients both transactional expertise and a deep understanding of marketing developed over more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry. She has received numerous industry awards including being recognized by the Florida Gulfcoast Association of Commercial REALTORS® for Tampa Bay's Overall Commercial Real Estate Deal of the Year in 2018 and 2014. She also won the Overall Land Deal of the Year Award five times, received the 2016 Sales Transaction Excellence Award from CREW Tampa Bay, was named by Gulf Coast Business Review’s “40 Under 40,” and was named the “Top Woman in Florida Commercial Real Estate” by the Florida Real Estate Journal. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and holds the REALTORS® Land Institute's Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC). She is a full member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on ULI Florida’s Urban Development/Mixed Use Product Council. Nancy earned a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Finance from LSU and a master’s degree in Mass Communication from UF. She’s taught Real Estate Management as an adjunct professor at The University of Tampa and has spoken at industry events, including Tampa Bay's ULI Trends Conference, the National Association of REALTORS® Conference & Expo, Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS® Meetings, and NAIOP Tampa Bay’s Broker Update.
