RESPONSIBILITIES
Mrs. Parchem is an office, retail and vacant land specialist focused primarily in the Southwest Suburban areas of Metropolitan Chicago, encompassing much of the I-55 corridor. She specializes in working with tenants, owners, developers and institutions in the sales, marketing, leasing, build-to-suits, procurement and development.
Polly brings to projects her in-depth experience involving over 80 closed transactions with a value in excess of $80 million with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to her clients.
EXPERIENCE
Mrs. Parchem joined Winner’s Edge, Inc. in June 2002, prior she served in senior management positions at Ann Taylor Loft, and was a Top Showcase Producer at Marshall Fields (1997-2002).
With close to 10 years of brokerage experience, she has focused on the sale and leasing of office and retail, tenant representation in build-to-suit transactions, and the sale of development land throughout Metropolitan Chicago.
EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
A resident of Glen Ellyn, IL Polly is a 2003 graduate of DePaul University, IL. She holds B.S. degrees in Marketing and Business Management and is a licensed Illinois real estate broker. She remains active in numerous professional, civic and community affairs and holds the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation. Additionally, she has been an active member of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce, Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors (NICAR), the Main Street Organization of Realtors (MORE), and Woman Industrial Real Estate (WIRE).
Mrs. Parchem is currently the 2nd Vice President of the Illinois CCIM Chapter, Networking Chair, and Board Liaison for Membership and Sponsorship. She was previously the Secretary in 2010 and Candidate Guidance Committee Chair (2008 – 2010). She has also served as a Member of the Commercial Investment Committee based in Downers Grove.
