We list and market properties primarily in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Southern Kansas and Missouri. We also provide property and asset management services through our sister company First Commercial Multifamily Management Services, LLC.


As another added service to our Clients, we encourage and promote complete and thorough due diligence of all properties prior to acquisition or disposition. Through our sister company, CPRC (Commercial Property Research Corporation)we can provide investors with market analysis, market comparable analysis, property positioning and repositioning, complete unit and property inspections from a marketing perspective, rent roll analysis, lease audits, resident profiles, property management analysis and financial analysis.


Specialized software has been developed to give us the ability to provide reports, information and analysis which allows an investor to make an informed decision about the acquisition or disposition of a property. One dollar spent prior to an acquisition can save thousands of wasted dollars after acquisition and create a positive vs. negative investment result. We look forward to serving multifamily investors and providing them with the ultimate in service before, during and after the transaction. We don't focus on just a sale but rather focus on a long term relationship.
