Ronnie Dean has been a well recognized industry thought leader and active as both a principal and consultant in all aspects of the investment real estate industry, and related technologies, for many years. Active in a variety of CRE sectors, as a developer, consultant, broker, analyst, asset manager and portfolio manager on over 200,000,000 s.f. of properties valued at over $150 Billion; performing due diligence, financial analysis, market analysis, acquisition sourcing, development management, business process improvement, asset management and project management for all forms of commercial real estate. Over a wide ranging career that has spanned hands-on development, management and leasing of large portfolios of commercial properties, to holding senior positions such as Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, National Director of Advisory Services at PM Realty Group, and Managing Director of ARGUS Software, he has directed many types of consulting assignments and provided systems and applications consulting for aggregated portfolios valued over $50 Billion. Specialties: Structuring complicated re-development opportunities; feasibility and highest/best use consulting, acquisitions and asset management, due diligence and project management workflow, business process improvement; sales and marketing of real estate technology, data systems, analytical products, property management data systems integration, lease / asset / portfolio analytics and reporting systems.
