With 20+ years in the Real Estate business..both Commercial and High End Residential, I am attuned to the buyers and sellers requests and requirements. Continued Training and Communication is of utmost importance...more so than ever now. Always looking for more helpful information to assist in achieving the client's goals.
By being assertive and an 'out of the box' thinker, I have been able to acquire and close more contracts than some. I enjoy Face to Face contact rather than the total internet contact. I however, do see a vast need to be totally computer literate and strive to be open to the newest technologies.

While I have done & continue to do most every facet of the commercial world, I really enjoy doing Hospitality, Tenant Rep, Industrial and Development projects.
