Onward Investors is a well-capitalized private real estate investment firm who are principal investors in non-performing commercial real estate notes and REO from $5 million to $30 million. We typically pursue stalled projects with developable land, incomplete construction, or assets that require additional capital to complete. Our real estate group has been involved in design, development and construction of 100 million square feet of commercial and residential condo projects over the past ten years. Onward Investors combines an expertise in development/construction, design, and property operations with a significant background in partnership work-outs, loan work-outs and banking. We work with banks and private lenders on viable development projects that need loan and real estate expertise to move to completion, stabilization and ultimately, a timely disposition. We can structure transactions that allow us to share in the value created by taking an equity position in the project, or it can be structured in the form of participating debt.
