Sean Myers serves as Managing Director of Brightleaf Properties and is a Principal and Owner of Belmont Management Group. He began his real estate career in 1995 and has gained broad experience working with both public and private real estate investors, developers, and lenders. Myers has experience in multiple property types, including residential subdivision developments, large multifamily properties, retail centers, suburban office and development land. Myers spearheaded a residential development program and assembled a pipeline of 7,800 residential lots with a final sales value estimated to exceed $300,000,000. He developed multiple relationships with leading regional and national home builders and established direct sales contracts (1,420 units), joint ventures (3,915 units), and lot option finance projects (2,536 units) in several Florida counties. Myers has extensive experience in commercial property investment and has conducted multiple targeted acquisition programs for private investment groups. These programs have included stabilized, value-add, and distressed/turn-around strategies and covered all phases of the real estate cycle. Myers earned a Bachelors of Science from Florida State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University.
