My Pitch

Steve Kroll brings an abundance of the skills critical in effective property management to GPE Management Services. He is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of GPE's commercial portfolio along with directing the future growth of the company's property management division. Steve's duties include managing properties directly, and supervising other property managers and support staff.

Steve has more than 30 years of experience in all phases of the commercial real estate industry. He has been a property manager and an asset manager and held executive level positions in the Simon Property Group, the Zaremba Group and American Health Properties. Prior to joining GPE, Steve was a principal in two real estate companies which provided full service commercial real estate services to institutional and individual investors. For the past several years he has specialized in the management of commercial properties for developers and corporate and individual owners in Denver, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona.

Steve holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees as well as a CSM designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and a CSM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has taught and lectured at several industry functions and served on various trade committees. Steve has run several marathons and also attempts to stay in shape by chasing after his four-year-old grandson.
