I'm the Director of the Exit Commercial and Special Markets Alliance, a new way of doing commercial real estate. My license is with Exit Realty Central in Norfolk but the Commercial and Special Markets Alliance spans several Exit franchises. We have specialist in investment sales, landlord representation, tenant representation, restaraunt, hotel sales and asset management, and portfolio valuations. Personally, I sit on the board of directors for CCIM DC MD VA. I am also on the BOD for the Hampton Roads Realtors Association overseeing the commercial council.
