My Pitch

Tim Phillips joined GPE Commercial Advisors in 2010 as Associate Vice President, bringing with him a masterful level of international business acumen as well as expertise in commercial sales and leasing. Phillips specializes in flex, industrial and office tenant representation in the Phoenix Metro area with landlord representation primarily in the Scottsdale sub-market. In his ten years as a broker, Phillips has been responsible for the sales and leasing of over one million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate. Prior to joining GPE Commercial Advisors, Phillips honed his transactional skills as an associate with Lee & Associates in Phoenix, Arizona, and as a leasing agent for communications giants, Eriksson and AT&T. An Arizona native, Phillips earned his economics degree at University of Arizona and left the United States to pursue a career in international trade and finance. During his eight years abroad, he worked for the Hong Kong based company United Trading as manager of the international company’s $50 million budget. The desire for a family brought Phillips back to Arizona and now he and his wife and their two children enjoy swimming, hiking and traveling together.
